Bloomfield collects your information in three ways:

Products and Services; records and copies of correspondence between you and
Bloomfield; details of transactions you carry out through Bloomfield’s Products
and Services; and search queries on Bloomfield’s website.

providing Bloomfield’s services and enhancing online experiences. Such
disclosures are made pursuant to contracts that describe the purposes, require
the recipient to keep the Personal Information confidential, and prohibit using
the disclosed information for any purpose except performing the contract.

Bloomfield does allow marketing
providers to use Identifiers, Personal Information, Internet or Other Similar
Network Activity, Geolocation Data, and Inferences Drawn from Other Personal
Information for the purposes of optimizing online experiences and customizing
advertising. Such disclosures may constitute the sale or sharing of Personal
Information under the CCPA and/or California law.
You retain the right to opt out
of Bloomfield’s tracking technologies for analytics and advertising service

Your Individual Rights and Choices
The CCPA provides California residents and consumers with rights
regarding their Personal Information.
Right to Know
You have the right to request that Bloomfield disclose certain information
to you regarding the Personal Information it collects, uses, and discloses
and/or shares. Once Bloomfield receives such a request and confirms your
identity, it will disclose to you:

You have the right to request that Bloomfield delete any of your Personal
Information it has collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once
Bloomfield receives such a request and confirms your identity, it will
determine if an exception allowing Bloomfield to retain the information
applies. Bloomfield may deny your deletion request if retaining the information
is necessary for it or its services providers to, among other things:

which Bloomfield collected the Personal Information, provide a good or service
that you requested, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall,
or otherwise perform Bloomfield’s contract with you;

Such requests can only made by you or someone legally authorized to act
on your behalf. Before Bloomfield will provide specific pieces of Personal
Information to an authorized agent, you must verify your identity directly with
Bloomfield and/or confirm directly with Bloomfield that you have given the
agent permission to submit the request for specific pieces of information.
Alternatively, an authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request based
upon a power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000 –
4465. Bloomfield reserves the right to deny a request from you and/or an
authorized agent if all requirements are not satisfied. Making a verifiable
consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
You may only submit a request to know twice within a twelve (12) month
period. Bloomfield cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal
Information if it cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request
and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Your request to must:

whom we collected personal information (or an authorized representative),

Bloomfield cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal
information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request
and confirm the personal information relates to you.
You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request. We will
only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s
identity or authority to make the request.
Non-Discrimination
Bloomfield will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA
rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, Bloomfield, in response to you exercising
your CCPA rights, will not: deny you goods or services; charge you different
prices or rates for goods or services; provide you a different level of quality
of goods or services; or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate
