Our experience was fantastic from the property manager, the project manager, and the warranty team. The build and quality are excellent they thought of everything. Simply put we love our new home. We still pinch ourselves and cannot believe we have such a beautiful home. We have always owned pre-owned homes and all the things we would have changed or thought of later were already in this home and more. We looked at other builders and they could not match the quality we have in this home. You won't regret it!

Our Experience

Well, we have purchased a number of homes over the 64 years we have been married. We are very happy with our experience here at Bloomfield. The house was s spec home. It was what we were looking for - smaller, but well built, attractive, and with a great front porch. There was just one issue, we wanted taller toilets, but the builder does not normally do that. We were able to work out a solution between the builder and our real estate agent and got what we needed.

Patrick was always extremely helpful in our design and buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable in the homes and layouts. There was no pressure to do anything or even to buy the home on our numerous visits to the Silo Mills site. Our design and startup was the best experience of all. Life events prompted a rather quick cross country move requiring us to focus on inventory homes. After reviewing several choices from various builders on-line we chose Bloomfield Homes. Rob and Rhonda are very helpful on the sales end. We bought a house in Sable Creek (Sanger, Tx) that was 80% complete and they emailed weekly updates as to what work was to be completed in the following week. That was amazing. Our builder (Jerry) was always around and answered many questions and helped us understand how to maintain many of the systems in our house. Relocation from AL to Texas

Earlier this year, my wife and I decided to relocate to Forney, TX. In April 2023, we met with Steve in Devonshire. From our initial meeting in April to the closing on our home in November 2023, we enjoyed professional and positive interactions with complete transparency. Tamara was very helpful as she guided us through the selection of materials and designs. Around June 2023, we met with Shaun to discuss the build of the home. Shaun took the time to go step by step over the floor plans and the construction of the home. During the build of the home, Shaun kept us informed with pictures. Steve and Shaun were very responsive as we discussed and implemented change orders. Overall, our home building experience with Bloomfield Homes was great! We are happy to be in our new home. Steve, Shaun, and Tamara were very instrumental in assisting us with building a home during our transition from Alabama to Texas.

Best Builder I can think of in DFW Metroplex

From start to finish, Bloomfield went over and beyond our expectations. Everyone who has been to our new house, including our own adult children, have vouched that Bloomfield will be their next builders whenever they are planning of moving. Value for money does not describe what we got from Bloomfield. The upgrades they gave us for free would have cost us nothing less than $80,000-90,000 with other builders. Seeing is truly believing. Our new house is oozing quality throughout! The least we owe Bloomfield is to let others know and enjoy what we are now enjoying.
